The early mid late 90s scene was awesome..Ofcourse had your Boston clubs but also Worcester mass supported alot of that and even sneaked into Al's home at the Elvis room in N.H. I remember when they came out ..Went To see SHOWCASE SHOWDOWN, The UNSEEN, Ducky boys and 30 seconds over Tokyo and saw dropkick stickers everywhere at the SPACE and the ESSPRESSO BAR in worcester. Us as kids just followed those shows and there was no internet like there is now. It was all word of mouth. SOMEONE would pull up and say HEY IM GOING TO THE SPACE YOU COMIN? Amazing times. I Also remember Matt Kelly singing for fit for abuse and when he played drums for HATCHETFACE..Hey I built some good memories with punk. Matt actually walked into the bathroom at FRANCO VETS LEOMINSTER MASS and said YOU BETTER NOT BE WRITING ON THESE FUCKIN WALLS..thats when he sang for FIT FOR ABUSE..TXCXHXC FIGURE 4 RECORD DAYS . if you never have check out figure 4..they have a great Facebook page and it's from my hometown..Hope you enjoyed this and maybe leads to down a rabbit hole of amazing shit.
